Global specializes in short-term vacation rental homes, servicing only the top communities within Kissimmee, Davenport, Charlotte County & Siesta Key.

We are a full service property manager. We’ll attract guests through our marketing channels and book your home at current market rates. Our goal is to provide an incredible experience to your guests.  We will also  clean and maintain your home so it stays in tip-top shape.

Global is a family-owned company  and was started in 1993. Our dedication and commitment to guests and homeowners remain and will continue to be the very essence of the company.

There are a lot of things to consider in managing a successful vacation rental. Because Global is a full-service property management company, we take on all the hassles for you. We will handle all guests’ calls, even those cumbersome calls after midnight. We will ensure your home is properly cleaned and inspected after each check-out and can handle all maintenance issues that arise. And, we have technology to set your rental rates at what the market is bearing. You get all this with no long-term contract! And you have the ability to stay as often as you would like.

Global loves to work with owners of vacation rentals.  We will meet with you, at your rental property, to review our services and to update you on what guests are looking for when they search for rentals. If you choose to move forward, you’ll sign a management agreement. We’ll then do an initial inspection and evacuation.

Next, we’ll ensure your home is properly cleaned and staged so we can take professional photos, along with a 360° Virtual Tour. We’ll ensure all safety measures are in proper working order such as fire extinguishers, locks, signage, emergency lights, pool safety gates and alarms. We will complete the application to collect and/or report sales tax in Florida and set up the pest control and pool services with our vendor. We then set up your home in our Property Management System – Streamline. We will ensure your home is available to all our Travel Partners and that it is listed on all of the booking channels including Global’s website.

Once the home is ready for rentals, our goal is to get your vacation rental up and running within a two-week period.

We will review the fees together. Typically, we don’t charge a monthly management fee. We earn commission on bookings to cover items such as marketing, payroll and burden for team members, our Welcome Center, vehicles, etc. The costs for electricity, water, home automation, taxes, and other costs are deducted from your earnings each month. We will cover all of these costs during an initial consultation.

Global was started in 1993. As your vacation rental partner, we are in this for the long run. Our hope is that you will be a long-term partner with us. But, we understand that earning your confidence takes work and we don’t take this responsibility lightly. We have never believed in having owners sign a long-term, cumbersome contract. If you are not satisfied with Global, you can simply cancel the agreement at any time, with a 90-day notice. We only ask that within that 90-day window, you honor any reservations that are to arrive.

Global has a top-notch, on-site team of web developers, social media experts, graphic designers, photographers & videographers for all marketing needs. Global also works with hundreds  of the world’s top travel partners, nationally and internationally.

We know the best practices for listing on all the major vacation rental sites (like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com).  In addition, your home will be included in strategic marketing to our growing audience of past guests that have stayed with us since 1993.

Absolutely. It is your home. There are no restrictions.

You’re welcome to reserve your home for personal stays whenever you’d like. We just ask that you review your reservation calendar and honor any guest reservations that are already in place. Global doesn’t place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay. And, Global makes it simple to block your home for your stays. Simply use your owner portal to block your home for your stay.

We have a dedicated Owner App though Streamline Property Management Software. You can view all of your upcoming bookings, place holds on your calendar, and view past owner statements.

No! Our homeowner team will handle all state and local government licensing on your behalf during the onboarding process.

Our goal is to exceed guest expectations for cleanliness. As guests’ expectations increase, especially due to Covid, Global works to train housekeepers to clean and sanitize surfaces, using EPA-approved disinfectants. It is paramount that our guests have confidence in cleanliness to rent your vacation home.

We offer the latest in smart home technology—including electronic locks, thermostats, and remote pool controls. We believe that technology will be at the forefront of our industry and Global is committed to being ahead of the curve. It is extremely important to ensure our guests book just the right home for their vacation. Our listings include professional photos, 360 virtual tours and describe the home in detail.

And, before each stay, we stock the home with basic toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies.

As the homeowner, you decide if you want to allow pets or not. But, accepting pets allows your home to be viewed by a massive, pet-friendly audience. Pet-friendly vacation rentals simply rent more than non pet-friendly homes and can attract more repeat visitors and more off-season bookings. Global housekeepers clean thoroughly after pet-friendly bookings. Guests with pets will be charged a nightly fee to cover additional cleaning.

With your Global homeowner account, it’s simpler than ever to access data and updates about your vacation home. This information is available in your owners portal via your desktop or your smartphone. You can book your own vacation time, review upcoming reservations, and review your owner statements, and more.
